Colin and team delivered a delicious buffet dinner for our wedding this past weekend. They have set menus to choose from but are also flexible to customize. Their prices are extremely reasonable and bonus they provide linens, flatware, glassware, and plates as part of their packages (an unreal deal when you are responsible for providing those yourself at a reception venue). Many guests complimented the roast beef and chicken we had as well as the lemon dessert - though all the sides and desserts added were very tasty. I was so happy with my choice in hiring them. They are easy to work with and self-sufficient. They showed up on time and took care of everything themselves with minimal direction from me. You can tell they have many years of experience doing this.

We used Red Deer catering for our wedding meal and they were incredible. We requested a non traditional customized wedding meal and they were happy to accommodate. My husband has a wheat allergy and they made sure to clearly indicate what was safe for him. People loved the food and we could not have been happier with how it turned out!

We booked Red Deer Catering for our wedding which was an excellent decision. It was very easy to work with the owners from contract set up through to menu planning. They are all very friendly and fast to respond to any inquiry.
It was also a relief to have them completely autonomous during the wedding as I was expectedly swamped that day.
The food (and desserts!!!) was delicious and well presented! It was important to me to have good food since our venue was half an hour away from any restaurant. The midnight lunch was particularly a huge hit because guests weren't expecting such a wonderful array of food at 10 pm.
I seriously recommend this catering company for any event. There was nothing I would change about my experience with them.
